POSITION:   Research Analyst

LOCATION:  Bangalore, Hyderabad , Pune and Mumbai .India


Experience: 6 months - 18 months in Recruitments. 


RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop candidate pipeline using Web 2.0 sourcing strategies, advanced Boolean Search, Headhunting, Cold calling and social networking sites to support the India/Asean Recruiting Team for various job functions and levels.   
  • Engage with assigned recruiters to understand the supported business as well as the recruiting requirements; partner with recruiters to meet expectations and deliver a qualified pipeline of candidates.
  • Source candidates to include both active and passive job seekers to provide a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for each recruiter; exercise creativity to find candidates using Oracle’s advanced sourcing tools/techniques.
  • Fully evaluate candidate’s background against the requirements provided by recruiter, and process leads using ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
  • Manage your efforts efficiently; maintain the highest levels of client satisfaction as well as strong operations and reporting of research activities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Boolean Search techniques desired.
  • Ability to learn new software applications quickly.
  • Target Oriented.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail skills.
  • Prior  recruiting experiences in a Agency/Consulting firm a plus.
  • The fire in the belly to learn new ideas and succeed.
  • Ability to work in team and individual environments.
  • Good Computer Basics , working experience of Excel, PPT and Word .
  • Data collection , Analysis and Ability to Present in a well mannered format is a strong plus.
  • Past of experience of Intelligence Gathering is a plus

Brief Posting Description

The Director, Product Management will work to define our go to market product, collateral, and strategy focused on satisfying the needs of our Corporate Bank customers understand and serve their customers better. Oracle has defined market leading applications for almost all major financial services analytical functions across risk, finance, and customer analytics. We are looking for a Director, Product Management who will help us position our Customer Insights and Analytics product in the Corporate Bank marketplace. In doing so, the Product Manager would have a direct impact on driving the strategy and roadmap for the product and managing product development in close partnership with the Engineering team.

The person in this role will be responsible for defining market requirements, managing customer interactions, and coordinating with sales, marketing, and functional engineers to successfully deliver product information to market. At the core, the Director, Product Management will be responsible for successfully developing the leading solution for Corporate Bank Customer Analytics.

Detailed Description

As a member of the Financial Services Global Business Unit division, you will define product marketing strategy, messaging, and market research. You will gather and analyze information to understand the marketplace, our customers and then would define go-to-market product requirements and packaging accordingly. You will communicate product strategy and functionality, initiate and foster relationships with other groups and review product documentation and collateral. Finally, you will ensure successful product launches based on corporate priorities.

Job Requirements

The duties and tasks of the position are varied and complex requiring independent judgment. You must fully understand the challenges the capital markets firms face in getting valid and timely business information. You must also understand the competitive vendor landscape for solutions to these problems. You will have project lead role and will work closely with Engineering to build the product and take it to market. A BS or MS degree or equivalent experience is preferred. Experience with Corporate Bank Customer Analytics is a must. Experience within a corporate bank is a big plus.

Additional Details

Given this job description, we're looking for a Director, Product Management with the following qualifications:

- You need to understand Analytics in corporate banks specifically and financial services companies broadly. This incorporates the delivery of business intelligence, integration with operational systems, integration with marts for enrichment, stochastic analytics, and data mining. Ideally, you would have worked at a large bank, insurer or capital markets firm.

- You need to understand the competitive offerings in the Analytics space as well as the business model for these products. You should be able to articulate the marketing strategy, market positioning, and delivery process of the major products and niche players and articulate a clear strategy for how Oracle can optimize revenues.

- You should have a strong understanding of installed base marketing and communications.

- You should have a clear portfolio of product collateral that you have developed. This portfolio would ideally include data sheets, white papers, FAQs, presentations, webcasts, podcasts, etc.

- Enthusiasm is critical. It's important for you to demonstrate passion for your work and the motivation to solve hard problems.

- A strong track record of achievement is critical. Whatever it is that you have done in the past, you should have demonstrated success.

- You should be super organized and transparent in your work.

- You need to be highly detailed oriented and you need to love taking complex ideas and making them simple. Our customers expect extremely high quality products. We don’t believe that you can deliver great products without individuals who are passionate about getting each detail right.

- You should be a team player and a good communicator. Part of the job is about defining the right messaging. The other part of the job is about communicating your ideas to the rest of the team and customers.

- We're looking for at least eight years of experience in either a Product Management or related role.
