Job Description

This position is to work with our Product Development Team - Eloqua. 

Eloqua is core oracle marketing automation product, fully multi-tenanted, completely on cloud, mainly used by marketers and sales to deliver their content. This is one of the fastest growing product & most happening place to work with in Oracle Cloud division.

• Part of Oracle Marketing Cloud division,
• Has large customer base from large, medium and small scale enterprise customers.
• Generates multi-million revenues each year, with strong YoY/QoQ growth.
• Leader in marketing space (by Gartner and other business analysts)
• Compete with Adobe, Salesforce, Marketo.
• Rapidly growing by team, by product capabilities, by revenues, by customer base, by scalability & performance, etc
• Truly on Agile with short product release cycles of 4 and 6 weeks release cycles
• Follow DevOps process during releases.
• Uses cool & latest technologies in the market, like:

                 - Elastic Search, Log Stash, Kibana, Kafka, ZooKeeper.
                 - Hadoop, Scala, Spark, MapReduce, etc
                 - NET tech stack ( C#, .NET, WCF, Visual Studio, etc),
                 - Messaging Queues,
                 - AKKA framework with Micro Services
                 - Java Scripting frameworks like React JS, Sproutcore...
                 - Application servers like Tomcat, Weblogic, IIS
                 - Databases like Oracle and SQL Server, etc.
                 - Chef & Puppet, Ansible, Jenkins, Git, Teamcity, etc
                 - Supports multiple browsers, languages, operating systems.

• Processes large data, like:

                  - 2 billion contacts (with growth rate of +40% YoY),
                  - 30 billion page view tracks in 2015 (+70% YoY),
                  - Terabytes of data every day.
                  - process millions of contacts in just few seconds.

• Eloqua is highly scalable and performant with continuous improvement in supporting rapid growth of usage data and customers.

Required Skills:

• Seasoned manager, with strong experience in managing teams comprising of 10-15 members.
• 10+ years professional software development experience, working on large scale enterprise product development on cloud.
• Proven track record in leading teams and driving releases for delivering quality products in a timely manner under high pressure and aggressive schedules.
• You will have end to end ownership of cross-functional projects, including product definition, roadmap planning, resource planning and project execution.
• Along with business initiatives, you will also lead the definition and execution of strategic/tactical projects aimed at reducing the total cost and time to market for launch.
• You will work closely with business and operations leadership, including product management, architects and leadership team at Eloqua/OMC, to define the product and provide updates on the program.
• You will be hands-on in driving the delivery of critical business initiatives, managing all aspects of the project such as project planning, requirements definition, risk management, communication, and implementation planning.
• You will be a technical problem solver on the team, identifying innovative solutions to project deadlocks and resolving issues and constraints through consensus and sound judgment.
• You will be responsible for making project decisions, achieving tactical goals while retaining a strategic focus.
• You will work closely with the development teams, cross functional teams and play a leadership role in product architecture and design.
• Superior communication skills (written and verbal)
• Experience building enterprise class software and innovative culture in teams.
• Crack and/or come up with solutions to complex business/technical problems & challenges.
• Strong understanding of SOLID
• Experience with statically typed languages like C#/.NET or Java/J2EE
• Experience with dynamic languages like JavaScript, HTML5, React.js/Angular JS/JQuery/ExtJS
• Experience with REST, SOAP Services, XML, JSON
• Well versed with code review tools & Unit test frameworks/tools (like Junit, Test NG, etc)
• Strong experience in Databases like SQL Server or Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, NoSQL
• Analytical and Problem Solving skills
• Strong experience in writing quality code, coming up with development best practices.

Hands on C# programming experience in Product Development environment is required.  

Experience working on Large Scale Enterprise Applications is required. 

This is NOT a Delivery Manager / Project Manager / Program Manager role.
