Job Description / Responsibilities
Oracle is currently looking for a SaaS QA product Expert Selenium Automation Engineer within the Oracle Taleo team.
As a member of the Automation team, the automation tester will be primarily responsible for building, implementing and managing the test automation frameworks for Taleo SaaS Products. 
As a member of Product Quality team, you will assist in defining and developing test automation tools and process for tasks associated with improving the overall quality of the software product. Provide guidance to other team members. Specify, design and implement changes to existing test infrastructure.
The Automation tester should have a deep understanding of test automation frameworks, understanding of QA process and methodologies.

Required Skills
  • Expert Selenium Designer and Automation skills; Strong understanding of QA principles and processes.
  • Experience of working in a fast paced Agile/Scrum environment; Define, implement and document test automation framework using Selenium with Java (including record and playback).
  • Experience in designing and developing/extending automation tools and frameworks; Experience with functional and automation testing for web applications and/or web services.
  • Excellent problem solving and debugging skills and an ability to come up with innovative solution.; Experience in developing high quality test plans, test cases and execution.
  • Experience using and administering at least one source control such as cvs, svn.; Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (design, coding, testing, packaging, maintenance).
  • Strong written and communications skills.
  • Knowledge of the Taleo technologies (Java, SOA, Flex, Web Services) is a plus; In collaboration with the development teams, put in place continuous integration and smoke testing builds for regression.
