About Business Unit:
The Health Sciences Business Unit (“HSGBU”) was established in June of 2008 to form a focused business on the Life Sciences and Healthcare industry. For years Oracle has supported this industry with an evolving product line, the HSGBU now enables us to build a focused team of industry professionals to support and expand our product line. Our current product line includes the following: Oracle Clinical, TMS, RDC, AERS, LSH, Siebel Clinical and HTB, EHA, TRC, HSN, Signal, Safety, CDA and Inform. The HSGBU offers many opportunities as the unit encompasses many aspects of the business including Product Development, Product Strategy, Product Management, Consulting, SaaS, Pre-Sales, License and Consulting Sales.
Desired Skills and Experience
* 12+ years of experience in the Life Sciences Industry with a sound business and functional knowledge of Oracle Health Sciences Safety Suite of products
* As a Practice Manager for the Offshore Safety Consulting Team, the ideal candidate will have the knowledge and experience of Oracle Argus Safety Suite of products and the Pharmacovigilance domain and Industry regulations.
* Responsible for consulting services delivery of Oracle Health Sciences Safety suite of products to global customers on the installation, training, end-to-end implementation and post go-live support.
* The Practice Manager will understand the Oracle Argus Safety Suite, and associated Analytics solutions, its footprint and Technical Architecture.
* The role will manage a team of Technical, Functional and Techno Functional consultants possessing specialized knowledge on Oracle Health Sciences Safety suite of products.
* The Practice Manager will also have the responsibility for ensuring that the team has the training and knowledge required to deliver consulting services on Oracle Health Sciences Safety Suite of products to customer both on-premise and on a hosted/cloud environment.
* The Practice Manager will address cross-training needs where applicable to ensure that the consulting team meets utilisation targets
